By accessing this website or enrolling at Our Lady of Fatima Vocational Training Centre ("the Centre"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for general information and enrollment purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

2. Enrollment & Admission

Submitting an enrollment application does not guarantee admission. All applications are reviewed by our admissions team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application. Confirmed enrollment is subject to payment of applicable fees and acceptance of our Student Code of Conduct.

3. Fees & Payments

Course fees are published on request and are subject to change. Fees paid are non-refundable unless the Centre cancels a course. Partial refunds may be considered at the Centre's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Photographs & Media

The Centre may photograph or record students during training activities for use in promotional materials. Students who object must notify the Centre in writing before commencement of their course.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and course materials — is the property of Our Lady of Fatima Vocational Training Centre and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Centre is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or enrolment in our programmes. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
